This is a service I made because I lost some stuff and lost-and-found offices do not work every time. Tag the things you would hate to lose; if one goes missing, the person who finds it can reach you in a single scan.

Three steps

1. Create an item

Give the thing a name and a short description. That is the whole form.

2. Print its QR label

Set the size, pick a layout, then stick it on.

3. Get it back

Whoever finds it scans the code and messages you. You take it from there.
